Turkish Airlines has added five more round-trip flights between the southern resort of Antalya and Moscow, increasing the number of direct flights between the two cities to seven days a week.

The additional daily nonstop flights started on March 26, according to a press release issued on March 29.
Round-trip fares from Moscow to Antalya start from 219 euros (around $236), the airline said, adding that the prices included taxes.

Turkey’s flagship carrier has over 330 aircraft and flies to almost 300 destinations around the world, more than any other airline, according to the company.

The airline increased its total number of passengers by 2.5 percent year-on-year to reach 62.8 million in 2016, according to a stock exchange filing report revealed on Jan. 11.

Turkish Airlines was named airline of the year by Air Transport News magazine readers in March last year. The carrier was also named Europe’s best airline for the sixth consecutive year in the 2016 Skytrax World Airlines Awards.
